We took a 7-figure business that was coming between us and our families and quite frankly strangling the life out of us and we tore it down. We rebuilt it based on a revolutionary new model called Pretirement. The key to Pretirement is redefining success to include Freedom, Financial Gain and Fulfillment.
We’re not really experts at anything…including Pretirement. We just know what worked when we rebuilt our business to provide us with TIME and MONEY. We’ve made lots of mistakes and hopefully learned some lessons along the way and we’re sharing our journey with you here. 1. We’re Pretired. It means we don’t put off living out our dreams until retirement and we’re living life with our families to the fullest NOW!
2. We have built our business to over 7 figures TWICE, learning the second time around to focus on streamlining, efficiency & processing, among many other lessons.
3. Having children (we have 3 between us) has inspired us to live our lives to the fullest, rather than created an excuse to let go of our dreams (ex. Shannon went skydiving for the first time after her first child was born)
4. We’ve spent 13 months living in tropical destinations over the past three years, spending an average of 8 months a year in flip flops.
5. Our offices have included coffee shops, boat decks, beachfront decks, and even mountain tops.
6. We’ve introduced our kids to 9 new countries and cultures in the past 3 years.
7. We have contributed an estimated $25K to 35 charities in our communities in the past year, and we also give as much of our time as possible!
8. We are a couple of the most tech-savvy women you’ll meet and use technology as the cornerstone of our Pretirement-based business.
